Top 7 Uses of Hydrosols Floral Water

What Are Hydrosols?

Hydrosols are also called Floral Water or Distillate Waters. Hydrosols are very similar to essential oils but they aren’t as concentrated and are typically steam distilled by the process of extracting essential oils. Typically from botanical material like Rose, Ginseng and Lavender.
Unlike essential oils that should be diluted prior to application to the skin, hydrosols are much gentler than their essential oil counterparts and can generally be used directly on the skin without further dilution.
Hydrosols can be used in place of water in creating natural fragrances, lotions, creams, facial toners and other skin care products.

Suitable for the following use:

  1. Facial Toner

Can be used as natural facial toners that act as astringents to help close the skin pores, making a smooth finish for application of other skin care and makeup products.

  2. Hydration

Misting with Floral Water to moisturize and hydrate the skin for 24 hours.

  3. Reduce Puffiness

Spritzing onto a compress and applying to those puffy areas under the eye, will reduce the swelling and leave you looking fresh and rested again.
